Relaxation Massage:
This style uses gentle but firm pressure to soothe an over-stimulated nervous system to promote relaxation and a sense of well-being. This also helps your mind and body reconnect.
Therapeutic Massage:
This styles uses medium pressure and a slightly faster pace to flush toxins and metabolic by-products out of your muscles. This helps to restore muscle balance and improve performance whether it be sports or the day to day activities of life.
Deep Tissue Massage:
This style uses firm to deep pressure to release specific areas of tension. This can help break up adhesions and other limitations to full range of motion. You may experience some localized bruising or soreness for 1-2 days after treatment.

All session times listed are "hands on" times that you will be on the table. We do not shorten sessions to rush you in or out. Please allow approximately 30 minutes in addition to give time for dressing and discussion with your therapist.

All facial therapies are 60 minutes in length.
The Customized facial involves gentle steaming of your skin to open pores for a deep, refreshing cleansing with all natural products. Any impurities are then extracted and a toner is applied. Your skin is then pampered with a rich, nourishing masque and massage. Finally, a moisturizer is applied so that you are ready to present your new face to the world.
The Deluxe facial includes all of the features of the customized facial plus additional focused treatments depending on your skins specific needs.
The Derma-file facial is a gentle, all natural form of microderm abrasion. Your skilled aesthetician uses a hand held stainless steel and diamond crystal tool to carefully remove the outer layer of dull, dead skin cells to reveal a fresh clear face. Your skin is cleansed and moisturized to encourage new collagen production to improve your skin tone and firmness. Uneven color and fine lines disappear after just a few treatments.
